Women’s Christmas Party - Sat, Nov 29th at 9am

Join us for breakfast and a great time at our Women’s Christmas Party! We will be playing the 3 favorite things game- grab a friend and come start the Christmas Season with us!

***3 Favorite Things Gift Exchange Game***

1. Think about one of your favorite things that you would like to share with others. This could be anything from health/personal care, baking/cooking items, accessories, journaling supplies, office supplies, décor items, food/drink items, place you love to frequent (gift card to there), car items, gardening, etc. This can truly be ANYTHING you love.

2. You will purchase/gather 3 of the same “thing” you chose. Example: 3 candles, 3 mugs, 3 gift cards, 3 fruit slicers. They can be different scents, flavors, candles, etc. But, just 3 of the same “thing.” PLEASE don’t feel obligated to spend more than $15 TOTAL.

3. Wrap each of your 3 Favorite Things individually and you can say who it’s from!

4. Bring your 3 wrapped gifts to the women’s Christmas party, and we will explain the game that morning. You will leave with 3 different new “favortite” things!! Ex) Bring 3 mugs and leave with a fruit slicer, a candle, and a gift card!

Angel Tree Gifts - Due December 7th!

We have a few Angels left! Check the post in the family page from Jessica or grab one on Sunday morning!

**Angel Tree Guidelines**

- Please use the sign up sheet to check out a tag or let Jessica know which tag you have chosen.

- Clothing sizes will be provided on the tag. Do not worry about shoes if no shoe size has been provided. Most people provide one outfit, but feel free to provide as much as you would like.

- Please bring the clothing in a gift bag with an unopened package of tissue paper. We are required to go through each gift, so please do NOT wrap the gift.

- We are providing clothing only since the Ministerial Alliance already provides the toys.

- Your tag and gift is due by December 7th.

- If you have any questions, please contact Jessica Smith at 832-597-2747.

- Thank you so much for you generosity! Please take the time to pray over the child that will receive your gift. We know that many lives will be blessed this Christmas season!

Christmas Parade - December 6th

Meet us at 5pm to get ready to walk the Christmas Parade! Staging is on Front Street behind Lutcher Theater. We will post our exact location once we arrive!

Village of the Nativity - December 12th & 13th

WE NEED VOLUNTEERS! We are so excited to partner with North Orange Baptist Church for their Village of the Nativity. This is a great way to share the true meaning of Christmas with our community! Please let Brittney know if you would like to volunteer! We will have a quick meeting after church on November 30th!

Soup Kitchen - Christmas Dinner - December 19th

Help us supply the Christmas dinner for the Soup Kitchen on December 19th. If you would like to provide a side or dessert please let us know! We are also collecting NEW blankets and socks to pass out! Please bring donations to church on Sunday mornings!

Church Christmas Party - December 19th at 6pm

Gingerbread contest, games, gumbo, and lots of fun! Bring your favorite dessert and come join us for a great time!

Gingerbread Contest - December 19th at the Christmas Party

This year we are doing a Gingerbread contest at the Christmas party! We can’t wait to see how creative you make your house!

1. One Gingerbread House per participant.

2. Original creations are encouraged, but Gingerbread House kits ARE allowed

3. Finished Gingerbread House and Base not to exceed 24"x24"x24"

4. Must be made at least 90% edible materials, with the main structure made from Gingerbread or Graham Cracker. (Only non-edible part can be baseboard/foundation)

5. Cannot require refrigeration�

Age Groups: 11 and under, 12-17, 18+

How TASTY it looks!

Creativity and Originality Neatness/Craftsmanship

Level of Ambition (BE BOLD!!!)

Must be 90% edible
